RATES AND POLICIES
Rates are based on US Funds
and are subject to change without notice.
All rates are subject to 11.42% Hawaii State Tax.
Rates based on double occupancy. Extra guests over 10 years old are
$10.00 per night.
Maximum of 4 guests: 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 young children.
$80.00 cleaning fee is added for all stays of less than 7 nights.
$300 security deposit is required within 7 days for
securing reservation. $400 deposit required
for 28+ day reservations. Full payment is due
45 days prior to arrival. All payments are
non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of
scheduled arrival. If unit is re-rented, we will
prorate rent less $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations prior to 45 days of scheduled arrival
are subject to $100 cancellation fee.
This is a
NON-SMOKING
unit. No pets are permitted.
Check in time is 3 p.m. ( No problem for late check
in)
Check out time is 11a.m.
